Getting here from the Grove

By car

The office is at 1390 S Dixie Hwy, Suite 1305, about three miles from the center of the Grove. Most families come along US-1 or Bird Road, and after-school appointments run until 7:00 on weekdays.

By Metrorail

Metrorail runs along US-1 between the Grove and the office. For older teens who are ready to travel on their own, the train can make a weekly appointment easier to keep.

By video

Secure telehealth works well for Grove families during exam weeks, travel, or a busy season, and many families mix the two settings.

Many families prefer care that is near home but not in the middle of it. The Coral Gables office is a few minutes from the Grove and offers a calm, private setting for children and parents alike.

Dr. Wald trained in clinical child and pediatric psychology at the University of Florida and completed her fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins Medicine. She works with young people from early childhood through the college years.
